Eagle Project – Amateur Radio Tower Concrete Foundation. 14 year old, Blake Scullin of the San Bernardino Stake, is accepting donations to help him build a concrete foundation for a 70' radio tower for the Southern California Intermountain Repeater Association, Inc. (SCIRA) and the Colton Welfare Bishops’ Central Storehouse Region. The tower and Amateur Radio System is designed to help all 104 stakes in Southern California communicate in times of disaster.
